To ensure a smooth return and refund process, we request all customers to record an open-packing video at the time of receiving the shipment. This video is essential if you wish to return the product and request a refund.
NOTE: Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad condition.
Return Process:
1. Raise a return request on our website within the return window.
2. Share the open-packing video clearly showing the product's condition and packaging.
3. Ensure the product is handed back to the courier in unused and original condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the video evidence is complete and matches the return request.

Refund Policy for Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered to your specified address, a full refund—including any shipping charges paid online—will be issued once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at admin@indoera.in within 6 hours of placing it. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
Orders which are already shipped cannot be cancelled
If the cancellation is successful, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and it will reflect in your account within 24 hours.
